Miss Chloe Cecil
I'm a university student with a passion for mathematics. After achieving A's in both A level and GCSE maths I went on to study Geology at the University of Birmingham with an interest in Geological Engineering. Due to my current studies and the knowledge I have from previous years I am happy to help students who are struggling with mathematics at GCSE level.
Tutoring experience
In the past I have tutored a number of students - both in school and after I had left school/college. All of my students have progressed by at least a grade with the right amount of effort, and I have pushed people from grades D to B's. I have experience with home tutoring and am comfortable to have parents sit in with sessions.
Approach to tutoring
Any lessons will be £15 an hour within 5 miles of my home; any further than that then travel costs will be added. Parents are welcome to sit in on sessions and receive copies of lesson plans so they can follow their child's education. Consultations are available for just £10 (to cover travel costs) to assess the child's skills and see how happy you would be for sessions to be able to continue.
