Mathematicians are boring and Pianists are geeks. Both these things are wrong in my case (mostly).
Since the age of 6, I have had a passion for maths and music, and I have continued studying both ever since.
Achieved Grade 8 Piano and I am working towards a ARSM Diploma and Grade 8 Saxophone.
Currently studying a Masters in Maths at Chester University and I am hoping to take this to Doctorate level.
With experience working in schools and being DBS Checked, I offer Maths and Piano tuition to learners at a wide range of levels and to ages from 7 and above.

Approach to tutoring
Every child learns in a slightly different way. This may be the difference between two ways of solving the same problem or between a more verbal lesson instead of a predominantly written lesson. As such I try to get to know the student to tailor the lessons towards them. Over the time I have been tutoring maths I have tried to accumulate as many methods and techniques to help a child learn as possible.
