Tutoring experience
I have an undergraduate honours degree from the university of Strathclyde (BSc (Hons) Chemistry) and worked for a year as a chemist in a hazardous waste facility. I then went on to complete my PGDE in secondary education where I studied chemistry and science.
Approach to tutoring
My teaching method is to identify the areas that students are struggling with and then tailor my approach to suit the needs of each individual student. I have lots of resources, including practice assessments and open ended questions to ensure that the students attainment improves.
