Qualified Maths teacher with over 25 years experience teaching a wide range of students from secondary school through to university postgraduate level. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring tutor.
Based in Camberley & Frimley, I have tutored students from Ravenscote, Tomlinscote, Collingwood, Gordons and many other independent schools.
Tutoring experience
Since qualified as a Maths teacher, I have taught Mathematics to all ability sets in Key Stage 3 and GCSE year groups. I am also experienced working with Gifted & Talented students, as well as those that have SEN and EAL status.
In addition, I am also an examiner (Specialist Marking) for GCSE Mathematics.
Approach to tutoring
As a tutor, nothing is more rewarding and enjoyable than helping students grasp new concepts, gain in knowledge and confidence, and see them develop their academic potential. My tutoring style is highly supportive, tailoring individual learning plans for every tutee based upon their needs.
