I am a highly experienced tutor with extensive expertise spanning several years, offering comprehensive instruction across a wide range of math courses for major examination boards including IB, Edexcel, AQA, OCR, and MEI. My proficiency encompasses:
(i) KS3 math
(ii) GCSE and Further GCSE maths
(iii) IGCSE and Further IGCSE maths
(iv) A-Level maths
(v) A-Level Further maths
(vi) University-level maths, including advanced engineering maths
Remarkably, a majority of my former GCSE students have attained either Grade 8 or Grade 9, while my A-level students have secured impressive A or A* grades in their math examinations. Tutoring experience
I have many years if experience in tutoring all Maths Key Stages including KS3, GCSE, IGCSE andA-Level maths for all examier board (Edexcel, AQA, OCR, MEI, and IB).
Also, for six years I was an assistant examiner OCR. Again I emphasis that my main aim is to empower students to achieve their highest potential in mathematics, ensuring they have the skills and confidence necessary to excel in their examinations and beyond.
Approach to tutoring
My teaching methodology involves identifying specific areas where students need assistance, addressing these through numerous examples, and then exploring a variety of problems, including past exam papers. This approach instils confidence in tackling exam questions, provided that diligent effort is invested. I am flexible with my availability, striving to accommodate your schedule on weekdays and weekends.
